Powerscreen’s range of mobile conveyors includes the CT65 (65 feet), CT80 (80 feet), CT100 (100 feet) track mobile conveyors and the HL75 high-level feeder, LL75 low-level feeder, and the CT75R radial stacking conveyors.

Built for mobility, the Powerscreen CT65 diesel-powered tracked conveyor requires no crane to establish on-site and features a full hydraulic set-up system.

Designed to be suitable for a vast range of applications and material types, the CT65 is capable of outputting up to 500tph on a 1050mm width belt and the 19.79-metre (65 feet) conveyor can discharge at a maximum height of 9.45 metres at 28 degrees.

Options include feed boot extensions and liners, chevron belts, blade scraper drum guards, full-length skirting, head drum dust suppression, and electric drive.

A flagship model of the Powerscreen crushing range, the Premiertrak 330 features a 1000mm x 600mm jaw chamber capable of producing up to 280 tonnes per hour, according to the manufacturer. Applications include aggregate, recycling, and mining.

Along with the Powerscreen Pulse remote monitoring fleet management system, other innovative features include a two-piece grizzly feeder to allow better material flow, variable crusher speed, jaw level sensor, and fully hydraulic crusher setting adjustment.

Additionally, the Premiertrak 330 jaw can be run in reverse, which can be advantageous in asphalt applications.Options include radio remote control, hydraulic deflector plate, bypass conveyor, magnet, belt weigher, extended hopper, hydraulic water pump, and deflector plate adjustment.
