Metso’s Nordtrack I908S, a mobile track-mounted horizontal shaft impact crusher, is the ideal tool for short-term contracting jobs or for someone starting their own crushing and screening operation.

It’s a robust mobile crusher, designed to work in a range of impact-crushing applications, from asphalt recycling to concrete demolition and general rock-crushing applications.

The Nordtrack I908S features a fuel-efficient Volvo D8 188kW engine, a standard water spray system for dust suppression, a simple hydraulic setting adjustment using shims, an adjustable impactor curtain to allow adjustment from primary to secondary applications, a 180-degree radial recirculating conveyor and overband magnet, and wind shifter for recycling applications.

Simple and intuitive

Transportation and set-up are easy, allowing operators to move the machine effortlessly around the site with the included radio remote control.

Operating the I908S is simple with intuitive controls and a user-friendly interface. Basic hydraulic lever control of ancillary circuits and an automation system for engine and crusher functions allow users to quickly maximise productivity.

The crusher’s adjustable rotor speed and flexible configuration make it ideal for processing a variety of materials and end products. Whether fine aggregates for concrete and asphalt production or road base materials, the Nordtrack I908S delivers with precision.
