Sanland Equipment Ltd delivered their first Komplet unit—the SC221 double deck tracked screener—in early March to a South Island customer
Although it’s suitable for general screening applications, initially, it will be used for topsoil screening.
The SC221 double deck screener features a 2.2m x 1m (7’3" x 3’4") screen box, yet only weighs in at 3200kg, which, along with compact transport dimensions, make it a productive yet easily transported machine and a valuable asset to any general contractor.

The screener is operated by a remote control from the comfort of the excavator cab, with all functions (except throttle) controlled by the remote.
Maximum feed size is 250mm with the ability to handle a 100mm cut point on the top deck.The conveyor is fitted with a cross transfer belt that can direct material to either side by turning a valve.

The power train consists of an Isuzu diesel and Eaton drive motors. The complete unit is mounted on rubber tracks, which, combined with the low noise operation, makes it suitable for urban environments.
