Commercial Outdoor Machinery have recently landed the compact 1.2 ES12ZT4 excavator
The ES12ZT4 is fitted with the super quick hitch as standard, meaning the operator only has to hop off once to release the bucket as it self-locks when connecting the bucket back up to the digger arm.

The machine is compact but stable and designed for excellent performance on any site, the company says. The minimised footprint allows the ES12ZT4 to pass through narrow spots and be used where other machines cannot access, with an extendible carriage from 790 to 1050mm adding to its versatility.
The special design of the roll bar mounted on the back of the machine provides good all-round visibility. The ES12ZT4 does not have a rear overhang; the counterweight remains inside the footprint of the tracks, allowing the operator to work even in confined spaces.
Commercial Outdoor Machiney says that the ES12ZT4 is a true zero swing machine, making it an excellent excavator for small indoor demolition work, outdoor building, and gardening applications.
The low operating weight of 1160kg, while still stable thanks to its expanding undercarriage, also means the ES12ZT4 can be loaded on low capacity trailers, leaving space for other equipment.

The driving position has been studied to give maximum comfort for the operator: power-assisted controls, wrist rests, and plenty of legroom. The side opening left arm is a characteristic of these machines, which makes for easy operator access.
The working position has been described as relaxing, spacious, and comfortable. The side joysticks with ergonomic wrist supports ensure optimum manoeuvrability and can help reduce operator fatigue.
The swing controls and the auxiliary hydraulic system are controlled by precise and easy-to-use proportional electro-hydraulic rollers positioned on the joystick for easy reach of commands.
