Silo Solutions NZ say they can supply concrete batching plants capable of producing 30m–400m3 p/hour; supporting projects with CAD design, shipping, automation; through to project managing the installation.
"We became recognised as one of the industry leaders after introducing efficient and cost-effective Italian-styled concrete plants," says managing director Gary Mann. "At this time we are replacing the first batching plant we sold after 24 years of continued use."
Through quality European suppliers, SSNZ also supplies pug mills and processing plants in the concrete and dry powder industries such as cement, lime, fertilisers, any dry powder or pellets," says Gary.
Silos became another game changer for the business and from there another market opportunity was capitalised on, with the business offering solutions for industrial or agricultural storage and processing needs: industrial silos from 2-4000 tonnes; agricultural fiberglass silos from 2-100 tonnes; steel silos 2-25,000 tonnes.
"Industrial Silos now are 70% of Silo Solutions NZ’s market, with completed installations in New Zealand, Australia, Pacific Islands, Malaysia, Philippines, China, Laos; the latest business being in India and Indonesia," says Gary.
Their latest contract will see the company supplying two 3000 tonne silos early in the new year for Holcim in Wellington and New Plymouth.
