ELB Equipment announces the appointment of a new parts and service director in Australia and general manager in NZ

ELB Equipment, distributors of Ditch Witch, Komptech, and other well-known underground construction and waste equipment brands, recently announced changes to their executive team across their New Zealand and Australian operations.

The newly created role of parts and service director will be tasked with leading the aftersales support functions of the business throughout both countries. The Sydney-based role has been filled by current New Zealand general manager John Grant who will relocate there in late 2019, in readiness for business from January 2020.

"I have enjoyed long and personal relationships with many people in the industry and will miss the interaction and friendships. However, I will remain involved in the ELB business and feel confident and proud of the legacy that I leave," says John.

John Familton will take over the role of general manager for ELB Equipment Ltd (NZ) and will start with the business from early September. The company says the new general manager is well-known in the industry and brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to the role and will add considerable management strength to the New Zealand operation.
