Diesel, Turf and Dirt holiday package
New Zealand-based tour operators The Travel Brokers are organising a tour group to travel across to the show and are seeking people who would be interested in attending the event.
Anticipation is building for the Diesel, Dirt & Turf Expo (DDT) being held during April 2018 in Penrith, Australia.
"Often people want a one-stop shop and don’t want to bother about making travel and accommodation arrangements, which is where we come in," says tour organiser Debra Barnett.
Deb says those on the tour will be well looked after with a half day trip to an equipment supplier along with an excursion to the nearby Blue Mountains part of the experience.
"This will be a trip for anyone with an interest in construction machinery, and the beauty of it is that we have locals in Penrith to ensure those on the tour receive the best possible service," she says.
Departing Wednesday April 11 for Sydney and arriving back in Auckland on Sunday April 15, the five-day package includes:
- Return airfares include mandatory taxes and levies from Auckland to Sydney
- Airport transfers to and from hotel
- 4-star accommodation
- Daily breakfast
- Access to the Penrith Panthers clubrooms
- Full day excursion to the Blue Mountains
- Half day supplier site inspection
- Dinner with representatives from Deals on Wheels **
- Daily access to the DDT Expo
Deb says the all-inclusive price of $3200 per person inclusive of GST applies; subject to certain terms and conditions, and which may change if minimum numbers are not met.
"I think the only thing we don’t pay for is dinner and beverages, but other than that it’s a pretty good deal for five days away, inclusive of accommodation and travel," she says.
