Incoming: new Metso Lokotrack LT1110S

The Lokotrack LT1110S is said to be Metso’s most compact impactor plant on tracks.
It is commonly used for crushing medium-hard rocks and for recycling; its makers saying it can crush any recycled material from asphalt to concrete and bricks.
The LT1110S is built around the powerful Nordberg NP1110M impact crusher from the proven NP series. The crusher is specially designed for mobile applications, and features a large feed opening and robust construction for long-lasting, reliable operation. The Lokotrack LT1110S always features high-quality blow bars as standard.
The highly advanced IC700 process control system controls and adjusts all key parameters in the process for optimum crushing results. By controlling the feeder and crusher it gets the best performance out of the LT1110S.
With the additional screen module and return conveyor fitted, the closed circuit configuration allows the Lokotrack LT1110S to produce a calibrated end product from just the single unit. The new engine module and hydraulic system provide more power for the crusher and enable lower fuel consumption.
MIMICO’s new LT1110S arrives in New Zealand in March 2016 and will be available for rent or sale.
