The models have been developed to provide a superior high production screening solution in quarrying, mining, sand and gravel, coal, woodchip, and topsoil applications.

The 696 two-deck inclined screen is one of the two new models from Terex Finlay

The new high-energy screenbox is the largest in the Terex Finlay triple deck inclined range and features three full-size 6.1 x 1.7-metre decks to give a total screening area of 31.1 square metres.

The large eight cubic metre large hopper/feeder is fitted with a variable speed belt feeder to ensure a consistent flow of material and can be fitted with a remote tipping grid or double deck vibrating grid.

The fourth product oversize plus conveyor has hydraulic variable tilt and slew discharge for re-circulating to a secondary crusher or stockpiling of finished material.

This is the largest in the Terex Finlay two-deck inclined screen range and features two full-size 6.1 x 1.7-metre deck to give a total screening area of 20.74 square metres.

The eight cubic metre hopper/feeder is fitted with variable speed belt feeder to ensure a consistent flow of material and can be fitted with a remote tipping grid or double deck vibrating grid. Operator benefits include a quick set-up time with hydraulically folding screenbox catwalks and product conveyors.

Hybrid technology

Both models are available with a hybrid powerpack option. The option is based upon an electric/hydraulic drive system that enables operators to connect the machine to a secondary electrical supply on-site to provide even greater flexibility and energy efficiency ultimately resulting in significant fuel savings.

Advanced digital solutions

Each Terex Finlay inclined screen is factory fitted as standard with the industry-leading T-Link telematics solution, which has been designed to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability. 

In an industry first, T-Link telematics is being offered with a free seven-year data subscription package as standard. The award-winning ‘OMNI by Terex’ can also be factory installed or retrofitted to the machine.
