Xcentric Crusher Buckets  significantly increase  production

As an international leader in crushing, screening, and demolition technologies, Boss Attachment says it has the product range to deliver outstanding results for clients across a wide range of project types and operational conditions.

With reductions in environmental footprints becoming increasingly important, the Boss range can also provide a whole new dimension for improved environmental safeguards and increased site efficiencies.

"Because it reduces transport movements and landfill requirements, on-site aggregate processing is also significantly more cost-effective for operators," says Paul Herbison of Boss Attachments.

Leading the way in advanced crusher bucket technology is the Xcentric Crusher Bucket that Paul says is in a class its own. Featuring a patented circular jaw movement, these buckets are said to deliver at least 35% greater production than conventional crusher buckets.

The Xcentric Crusher Bucket also has 200-hour greasing intervals and 80% fewer consumable parts than conventional crusher buckets. The HARDOX construction ensures increased durability in harsh operating conditions.

Complementing the Xcentric Crusher Bucket, the company’s Boss Screening and Sieve Bucket ranges are also options worth considering, the manufacturer says. "These ranges are exclusively designed and manufactured for Boss Attachments to our design and specifications and are built from Hardox and Strenx materials," says Paul.

"The Boss range also features a two-year structural replacement warranty, and our HD heavy-duty models are all designed to suit the rigours of quarrying and demolition."
Suitable for a range of materials, the solid and durable design can resist wear and high stress in even the toughest operating conditions.

The Boss Sieve Bucket is a wide bucket and is based on the company’s mud bucket that features a high tensile bar and fully fabricated rib construction for maximum strength. BOE, teeth, and adaptor options are available on request. A heavy-duty model designed specifically for the mining industry is also available.

Fortress demolition tools

Boss Attachments is also the Australasian distributor for the Fortress range of demolition tools. Recognised as a benchmark for demolition equipment, their range is the brand of choice for many when it comes to the demolition of concrete structures, processing of concrete, demolition of steel structures, scrapyard processing, and demolition handling equipment.

"During the last three years, the Fortress brand has made a major impression with our Australian and New Zealand clients," says Paul. "One of them likes the performance and reliability so much that his company now operates 16 Fortress attachments."

No matter what the project or budget, Boss Attachments say they have a crushing, screening, and demolition range solution that will improve production, reduce downtime, and increase profits.
