Modern Transport Engineers (MTE) have won a brand new CYZ400.

Six lucky loyal customers, from both large national corporates and small family run businesses, had a chance to win a Giga, N-Series or F-Series cab & chassis for a total prize package worth more than $685,000.

Isuzu customers who purchased an Isuzu truck between January 2014 and the end of June this year went into the draw to win a second truck of a similar size.

Robin Ratcliffe and Len Smith from Modern Transport Engineers (MTE) were thrilled to have won a brand new CYZ400. They were presented their prize by Wayne McCurdy and Robbie Sim from Moller Johnson.

"This is an awesome prize that will be a great addition to the MTE fleet and we appreciate the support from Isuzu New Zealand for the opportunity to present this to one of our loyal customers," said Wayne McCurdy.

"MTE already have plans for their new truck and have fitted it out with the usual accessories along with some special alloys."

Isuzu General Manager Colin Muir, said it was important to reward years of customer loyalty and this was just one more way of doing that.

"Customer loyalty is very important to us and the See Double campaign afforded customers the opportunity to win a Giga, N-Series or F-Series cab & chassis. We are thrilled to be able to reward customers with this after helping us to be number one in New Zealand for 14 consecutive years," Mr Muir said.

"Customer loyalty is what helps to drive our brand as we aim to become this country’s number one selling truck for 15 consecutive years. I want to congratulate all six winners who have won a brand new cab & chassis."

The winners were drawn by a Justice of the Peace in July at the Isuzu New Zealand Head Office and all six winners were drawn at random from the list of qualifying entries.
