MTU Detroit Diesel Australia are pleased to announce the commencement of operations of MTU Detroit Diesel New Zealand, the sole authorised distributor of MTU and Detroit, including diesel and gaseous engines, parts and service for New Zealand and the Pacific.

Located in Wiri, Auckland, MTU Detroit Diesel New Zealand is staffed by a dedicated team of MTU and Detroit specialists who have expert product and service know-how, and are committed to providing professional 24/7 parts, service and technical support to its customers throughout the region.

To augment this, a network of accredited MTU Service Dealers is being established to provide tailored and market specific support for the country's wide-ranging engine population, as part of the company's extended coverage to the off-highway market (the Detroit service network has been in operation since June 2012, servicing New Zealand's on-highway market).
