Terex conveyor benefits

MSC’s material handling range of equipment offers a wide range of tracked stackers and feeder conveyors

Terex conveyors are designed to bring many benefits to operators across a wide range of applications. The units can be fed by either a large primary crusher, a secondary crusher, mobile screens, and also wheeled loaders.

  • Can reduce fuel, maintenance, and labour costs
  • Eliminate double handling of material with wheel loader
  • Fully tracked for on-site mobility

Wide range of stackers

MSC’s material handling range of equipment offers a wide range of tracked stackers and feeder conveyors to suit specific material handling requirements.

"The Terex range of mobile conveyors are designed to work in conjunction with the entire range of crushing and screening equipment. Stacking conveyors operate at 100% efficiency during every hour of operation. In addition, with operators freed up to keep crushers, screens continually fed," says MSC director Andy Miekle

Each Terex conveyor model has been designed for moving or stockpiling material efficiently and productively while minimising operator and other associated on-site costs.

Conveying benefits

  • Stacking conveyors offer reduced noise, dust, and emissions levels and removing the need for continuous movement across site by wheeled loaders
  • Wheel loaders can cost 95% more to maintain
  • Stacking conveyors operate at 100% efficiency during every hour of operation
  • Reduce dependency on wheel loaders for stockpiling
  • Tracked units allow excellent on-site manoeuvrability

Improved product quality

  • Prevent compaction and contamination, which typically occurs when using loaders and trucks
  • Stockpile directly from crushers and screens, thus eliminating material segregation, compaction, and contamination
