Isuzu announces the appointment of new outlets in Cromwell and Hawera

Isuzu Trucks New Zealand is continuing the expansion of its nationwide service centre network, announcing the appointment of new outlets in Cromwell and Hawera. The introduction of the two new service providers takes the total coverage to 30 sites around the country, consisting of 12 full sales, parts, and service dealers, plus 18 authorised service centres.

"We recently introduced an increased five-year warranty as standard with selected models in the new range of N Series, F Series, and Giga Series trucks and a condition of this is that servicing is performed at an Isuzu dealer or authorised service centre," says Dave Ballantyne, general manager of Isuzu Trucks New Zealand.

"These developments help ensure our customers have extra support close to hand in the Central Otago and Taranaki regions." The two new authorised service centre appointments are Transport Repairs Ltd in Cromwell and All Things Automotive in Hawera.

Transport Repairs branch manager, Kieran Stevens, says, "We’ve noticed that most fleets in our area feature Isuzu Truck as they are well suited to our environment where narrow roads and long distances are often part of a normal day’s work for transport companies in this area."

The team at All Things Automotive in Hawera are equally anticipating their new partnership with Isuzu Trucks. "We’re excited to be recognised as an authorised service centre that specialises in N and F Series models and can’t wait to provide a high level of service to Isuzu Truck owners and fleet managers in our area," says Tim Johnson, managing director.
