The emphasis on fuel efficiency and design features that maintain performance levels mean long-term cost savings and environmental benefits. Moreover, the smart design means loader wear and tear is reduced while completing cycles more efficiently.

The innovative engine design prioritises clean air intake by eliminating the need for an EGR system. The design enhances engine efficiency and longevity while minimising emissions to align with environmental sustainability goals.

At the forefront of innovation is the remote diagnostics system, Site Connect, which enables seamless communication between operators and service teams, facilitating remote troubleshooting of electrical systems.

The G-Series features an all-new cab with improved ergonomics

The CASE G-Series wheel loader range includes best-in-class breakout force, patented selective catalytic reduction engine technology, and an all-new cab with improved ergonomics, the brand says.

Some the latest features include:

  • Touchscreen display: A user-friendly interface that provides full control over machine functions, with new features, such as digital operator’s manual, electro-hydraulic controls adjustability settings, and intuitive navigation.
  • Configurable buttons: Three configurable buttons located close to the loader control, allowing immediate access to frequently used screens.
  • Parallel lift function: Enables the emulation of a parallel lift on a Z-Bar or XR linkage, enhancing versatility for material handling operations.
  • Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS): Allows optimisation of tyre wear and extends tyre life, directly from the display.

CASE says their wheel loaders feature powerful engines and advanced hydraulic systems to can handle heavy loads efficiently and effectively.

Certain G-Series wheel loaders (621G, 721G, 821G, and 921G models) offer a five-speed transmission with lockup torque converter and computer-controlled clutch modulation, which not only improves acceleration, travel speeds, and climbing power by eliminating power loss, but the five-speed set-up can also increase fuel savings.

The cab and operating environment have also been re-engineered to provide optimal operator performance, ergonomics, and engagement with both the controls and the surrounding job site. A new 20cm LCD monitor provides the operator with simple controls.

A new, one-piece rounded windshield and optimally placed mirrors, along with a rear-view camera that feeds the monitor, ensures 360-degree visibility. An entirely new HVAC system ensures operators stay comfortable regardless of where they work.

CASE ProCare is the first all-in-one heavy machine support programme that’s as powerful as the equipment it protects. ProCare comes standard on G-Series wheel loaders and keeps you covered for up to three years. It offers the assurance growing businesses need to stay competitive, productive, and profitable.
