Xcentric crusher buckets help deliver significantly increased production

As an international leader in crushing, screening, and demolition technologies, Boss Attachments says they have a product range to deliver outstanding results for clients across a wide range of project types and operational conditions.

With reductions in environmental footprints and the five Green Star building rating becoming increasingly important, Boss claims their range can help provide a new dimension to reduce environmental impacts and increase site efficiencies.

"On-site processing is more cost-effective for operators, eliminates transport movements and landfill requirements, while also producing a valuable on-site aggregate resource," says Paul Herbison of Boss Attachments. "All of that concrete and steel can be recycled."

Xcentric crusher buckets

The Xcentric crusher bucket range features a patented circular jaw movement amd can deliver at least 35% greater production than conventional crusher buckets, says Boss.

"The Xcentric crusher bucket also has 200-hour greasing intervals and 80% fewer consumable parts than conventional crusher buckets. The HARDOX construction ensures increased durability in harsh operating conditions," says Paul.

Complementing the Xcentric crusher bucket is the company’s Boss screening and sieve bucket ranges. "These ranges are exclusively designed and manufactured for Boss Attachments to our design and specifications and are built from HARDOX and STENX materials."

Suitable for a range of aggregate types, their solid and durable construction is designed to resist wear and high stress, all while being supported by a two-year warranty.

Fortress demolition tools

Boss Attachments is also the Australasian distributor for the Fortress range of demolition tools, often preferred by many for the demolition of concrete structures, steel structures, and handling equipment and processing of concrete and scrapyard.

"During the last three years, the Fortress brand has made a major impression with our New Zealand and Australian clients," says Paul. "We also have a real nine-tonne FS95 model arriving shortly for one of our clients."

OSA FPV pulverisers

The OSA FPV pulverisers are designed to deliver increased production and performance for secondary demolition and recycling. Featuring HARDOX and Weldox construction, the FPV also includes a reversed cylinder to protect the rod from accidental hits as well as a pressure relief valve that protects the attachment from high pressure.

Antraquip milling heads are a proven alternative to breakers or blasting

Antraquip’s milling heads offer an alternative solution to blasting or breakers and can operate with little or no micro-cracking around the area outside the excavation line.

The range has been used in many New Zealand projects for cutting and milling of concrete, greywacke, basalt, and stabilised road pavement.

Motofog dust cannon

Boss Attachments recently added the Motofog dust cannon range to their product offerings.
These Italian-designed and manufactured cannons have an operation range of up to 60 metres and are ideal to eliminate on-site dust. Available as both diesel and electric models, the units are compact, easily transportable, and have low operating costs.
