The Generac V20 PRO Light Tower helps bring the future, the present, and all the traditions of the past together in one unique package, with the mobile lighting tower offering diesel, battery, hybrid, mains power, and solar options combined into one single unit.

Preferred power source

With many hire and rental companies firmly in mind, the trailer mounted V20 PRO is ideal not only for transporting to different work sites but also gives the end user a choice when it comes to their preferred power source.

For instance, 100% from an integrated diesel engine, 100% from an integrated/rechargeable battery pack, an automatic hybrid system alternating battery working with diesel recharging, and a plug-in option with external power for simultaneous operation and battery charging.

Choosing the desired power option is easy. Located on the control panel,
the ‘function’ switch also provides options for manual, darkness sensor, and timer modes.

LED anti-glare

The V20 PRO is powered by four 240-watt G4 LED ‘anti-glare’ floodlights that can be dimmed and adjusted from 25% to 100%, helping users to extend running time and provide greater cost-effectiveness.

The floodlights can also be equipped with anti-glare shells to create soft, ambient lighting for special situations such as roadworks, airports, and where light pollution needs to be kept to a minimum.

AGM battery pack

The V20 PRO is equipped with an AGM battery pack, a traditional battery technology proven in the past to be cost-effective and ideal for use in cold temperatures. The PRO towers also provide technology that allows charging of the battery packs from a variety of external sources.

These include a solar panel kit, an external battery pack that provides up to 40 hours of operation, or an external power source, such as a generator or mains supply. The solar panel kit and battery pack are available as options.
