NZ Trucking Association donated $8250 each to Ronald McDonald House SE and Child Cancer Canterbury after money was raised from a gold coin donation at the recent TMC Trailers Trucking 2016 show held at Wigram Airforce Museum in Christchurch.

"Considering it was just a gold coin donation to visit the truck show, that’s an enormous amount of money that is going to two very worthy charities," says Dave Boyce, NZ Trucking Association CEO.

The charities were grateful to receive the donation and thanked the organisers and visitor to the TMC Trailers Trucking 2016 show.

Plans are already under way for the next show. Rebranded to Trucking Industry Show, the event will move to bigger location in Christchurch and will be held on 9 and 10 March 2018.

Bookings are now open for trade exhibitors and sponsors. Contact show organiser, Rebecca Dinmore, on 0800 338 338 or rebecca.dinmore@nztruckingassn.co.nz.

"We have a lot more room and space so each exhibitor can display more product and vehicles. Having the road system at the show grounds will make it easier for people to walk around," Dave says.
