MaxiTRANS wins awards at Brisbane Truck Show
MaxiTRANS wins four awards at the recently held Brisbane Truck Show in Australia
MaxiTRANS celebrated after taking a number of awards at the recent 2017 Brisbane Truck Show.
Beating an impressive list of other industry trailer manufacturers, MaxiTRANS was presented with the following awards on night one of Brisbane Truck Show:
- Best Component, Equipment or Service Innovation—Freighter® Hanging Load Restraint Gates
- Best Trailer—Freighter® T-Liner® Mark II with Hanging and Sliding Post Load Restraint Gates
- Best Australian Designed and Engineered Product—Freighter® T-Liner® Mark II
- Best Australian Manufactured Innovation—Freighter® T-Liner® Mark II
"The recognition from the judges is a testament to our innovation programme focusing on increasing the operational safety and productivity of our products," managing director and CEO, Dean Jenkins, says.
Dean followed the event by holding a presentation for the company’s staff at its primary manufacturing facility in Ballarat, Victoria, saying that the awards’ success could be attributed to the company’s hard-working staff in the regional city.
"This is a remarkable achievement and well-deserved recognition for our staff. From the team who contributed to building the show trailers, to the engineers, purchasing and operational staff working in the background, everybody has contributed in some way to winning these awards and we should all be very proud," he says.
"Over the past three years, via a list of product releases and upgrades, including those that won the awards in Brisbane, we truly believe that we have become the leading manufacturer of safe and efficient trailers in Australia and New Zealand."
