Skid steers: Rubber Track Warehouse

Rubber Track Warehouse

Rubber Track Warehouse joins forces with Industrial Brake & Track, expanding nationwide with new owners, new energy, and a mission to keep NZ moving

In April 2025, a new chapter began for Rubber Track Warehouse (RTW) as it came under new ownership and joined forces with Industrial Brake & Track (IBT). Together, the two businesses offer a comprehensive solution across New Zealand, with Rubber Track Warehouse specialising in rubber tracks and pads and IBT continuing to provide steel undercarriage, engine, and machinery parts.

New Owners, Fresh Vision

Rubber Track Warehouse

New owners Gina Provic and Mike Pearce bring fresh energy, experience, and a clear mission: To provide customers with fast, knowledgeable service and the best range of rubber tracks and machinery parts available in the country.
With a background in heavy machinery and logistics, they understand what keeps a jobsite moving – and what downtime can cost.

For North Island customers, as part of the exciting new chapter the team has moved into a spacious new location at 63T Hugo Johnston Drive, Penrose, Auckland.

The building offers improved access, increased stock capacity, and a more efficient setup – helping the team deliver faster service and better support to customers across the North Island.

Meanwhile, in the South Island, RTW/IBT continue to operate from 5 John Morten Place, Rolleston, Christchurch, making it easier than ever for southern customers to get the parts they need – fast.

Stocked and Ready to Roll

Both the Auckland and Christchurch branches are fully stocked, with more containers currently on the water, ensuring availability of not only common track sizes but also the harder-to-find items.

Whether users are working with a skid steer loader, mini digger, or a full-sized excavator, RTW/IBT say they will have the right track on hand when it’s needed most.

The Teams Behind the Tracks

Service is at the heart of the business, and both branches are staffed with experienced, friendly professionals who know machinery inside and out.

In the Auckland branch Jeremy, John, and Lino are a team known for their fast turnarounds and straight-talking support.

In Christchurch, Ben and Ange continue to offer South Island clients the same trusted service IBT has built its name on.

Behind the scenes and working remotely are Gina, Mike, Thommo, and Lynne – handling logistics, customer service, and operations to ensure every part of the business runs smoothly.

What’s Next?

With two strong locations, a growing team, and a focus on reliability and readiness, Rubber Track Warehouse and IBT are ready to grow.

The vision is simple: To be New Zealand’s most trusted source for rubber tracks and industrial machinery parts.

As the fleet of machines on Kiwi worksites continues to grow and evolve, so too will the range and services offered by RTW/IBT, always with the goal of keeping customers moving and machines working. Their teams are excited for the opportunities ahead and to work closely with customers – together, they are ready to move some serious rubber across New Zealand.
