Bay European has marked one year in its refurbished Napier showroom with the launch of Hawke’s Bay JAC, the region’s newest commercial vehicle dealership
The team at Napier-based Bay European recently marked a double milestone: their first anniversary in a newly refurbished showroom and the official launch of the region’s newest commercial vehicle dealership, Hawke’s Bay JAC.
The event brought together staff, supporters, and members of the local business community to recognise the dealership’s growth and its latest achievement – joining forces with commercial ute brand JAC Motors.
“We couldn’t be more chuffed to be celebrating not only one year in our revamped showroom, but also welcoming our first OEM brand into the same space,” says dealer principal Tim Murphy. “We absolutely couldn’t have done this without the incredible support from our customers, friends, and family.”
Affectionately referred to as the “JAC of All Trades,” the Chinese automotive brand made its New Zealand debut earlier this year with the launch of the T9 Ute. Now, it has cemented its presence in Hawke’s Bay with a dedicated dealership in Napier.
Andrew Craw, general manager for JAC NZ, praised the addition of the Napier-based team to the growing JAC network. “Bringing on Tim, Craig, Garry and the wider team has been a real milestone for the brand,” he says. “As a Kiwi-owned operation, we’re committed to making sure our dealerships reflect the values of our customers and communities – and this team fits that perfectly.”
With a sparkling new showroom and a growing customer base, Bay European and Hawke’s Bay JAC have made it clear they’re focused on serving the local region with the same trusted customer service they’ve become known for since first opening their doors in 2021.
