New appointment at TDX

TDX Ltd has announced that Greg Campbell has stepped down as chair of the board and as a director, deciding to take a step back for personal reasons

An experienced board chairman and director, Greg held a number of governance positions and was appointed to the role in March 2021, following his tenure as CEO of Ravensdown.

He played a pivotal role in navigating the company through evolving market conditions, including the successful launch of TDX’s sister company, LDX, with the new distributorship of Linde Material Handling Equipment.

“While Greg was chairman of the board, TDX obtained their Toitu Carbon Reduce accreditation, were recognised as a New Zealand Best Managed Company in 2023, and have again been recognised as the New Zealand Market leader in construction equipment sales,” says TDX founder Alister McLaughlin.

At the same time, TDX confirmed that Sinead Horgan, current non-executive director and chair of the TDX Audit and Risk Committee has accepted the position of chair. Sinead is a senior consultant and chartered accountant, having spent many years in strategy, M&A, private equity and commercial banking roles across Europe, the Americas, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, as well as holding directorships in many sectors including construction, insurance, banking, global manufacturing and IT.

Sinead says that she is delighted to step into the chair role of the iconic New Zealand company, which has supplied and serviced the large, medium and small businesses of New Zealand for over 40 years.
