Clark Equipment NZ ramps up Bobcat presence with a new branch, expanded dealer network, and strong support for Kiwi operators

Since being appointed the authorised distributor of Bobcat equipment in New Zealand, Clark Equipment NZ has wasted no time in delivering on its promise to revitalise the Bobcat presence in the market.

In the past 12 months, the company has launched its first Bobcat-dedicated branch in Christchurch, a major milestone that sets the foundation for a nationwide network of service, sales, and support. Key product lines have landed, stock levels are healthy, and the distributor says customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, particularly with the return of high-spec equipment and improved parts availability.

Clark Equipment NZ has made significant strides in strengthening the support infrastructure around Bobcat machinery. Their existing parts and service network has fully integrated the Bobcat brand, helping give customers from all sectors the confidence that their equipment will be backed by reliable, responsive service.

The company has also expanded its footprint into lifestyle equipment, appointing new dealers to represent the growing Bobcat mower range. This aligns with the broader goal of making Bobcat solutions more accessible across residential, agricultural, and commercial markets.

From Zero Turn mowers and the compact Bobcat S70 skid steer to the UV34 utility vehicle and a new lineup of electric forklifts, including lithium-ion options, there’s now a Bobcat solution for almost every job. The response from the civil and infrastructure sectors has been particularly strong, while agricultural customers have embraced Bobcat’s telehandler options.

Backed by strong factory support, Clark Equipment NZ has also been able to offer highly competitive finance packages, with rates starting from 0%*, a timely boost for customers navigating today’s economic pressures. The offers will continue at this year’s National Agricultural Fieldays in June, helping more Kiwis get behind the controls of quality Bobcat gear.

Looking ahead, the company says the focus remains on expanding dealer representation, strengthening after-sales support, and continuing to grow Bobcat’s market share by offering machinery that’s tough, innovative, and built for New Zealand conditions.
