After more than five decades operating under the Landex name, the company has formally rebranded as EMach
The change reflects a broader evolution in the business as it continues to supply equipment and technology to New Zealand’s agricultural, construction and infrastructure sectors.
Founded in 1971, Landex built its reputation importing and distributing machinery suited to local conditions. Over the years, its product range has expanded beyond its original agricultural products and now primarily has a focus on electric-powered equipment.
The move to EMach aligns with its ETruck sister brand and is intended to provide a clearer identity across the company’s increasingly diverse operations while maintaining continuity with its existing customer base and supplier relationships.
Company leadership has stated that the rebrand is focused on aligning the business name with its current activities rather than signalling a major change in ownership or direction.
For customers, day-to-day operations, support services and product offerings are expected to remain unchanged.
