Mini equipment: ITR New Zealand

ITR has opened their first New Zealand branch in Christchurch

The prominent global supplier of rubber tracks for mini excavators, compact track loaders, and multi-terrain loaders, offers a comprehensive range of rubber tracks as direct replacements for various original equipment manufacturers, such as Kubota, Caterpillar, and Komatsu.

In 2023, the ITR USCO group sold more than 79,000 rubber tracks worldwide through their distribution centres, maintaining high standards of performance and reliability.

With a focus on quality control, the group has reported less than 0.5% faults over the past two years, backed by warranties of 24 months for excavator rubber tracks and 12 months for CTL and MTL rubber tracks.

ITR says their rubber tracks are manufactured using a specific compound blend of natural and synthetic rubber to ensure the best possible durability, performance, and longevity.

In addition, ITR says their tracks are corrosion-resistant, with a continuous wound steel cable around each side of the track for added strength and steel forged cleats to ensure a strong core within the track.

This results in reduced noise, vibration, and extended wear resistance, offering a cost-effective solution across various applications.

ITR also supplies bolt-on, clip-on, and road liner rubber pads to protect surfaces like roads and cement from machine damage, boasting superior thickness and reduced noise and vibration. These pads come with a 12-month warranty.

Beyond rubber tracks and pads, ITR offers a comprehensive range of undercarriage components, such as track chains, rollers, and sprockets, all manufactured in-house with stringent quality controls to meet OEM standards.

The company’s commitment to quality and innovation is evident throughout its product line, ensuring reliability and performance for customers.
