A versatile attachment, the Allu Transformer Bucket screens, mixes, and crushes materials in one seamless operation
Transform profit, efficiency, the need for capex, health and safety, machines, waste, and green credentials with the Allu Transformer Bucket, says its New Zealand distributor, Robur Hire.
For a single attachment that fits onto an excavator or loader, the Allu Transformer Bucket screens, mixes and crushes, wet or dry.
“It’s versatile, adaptable and incredibly robust with a steel frame, drums and blades,” says Robur Hire director Clem Simpkin.
“The vertical combs are wear-resistant steel 500 Br and 12mm thick. With three drum types and multiple fragment sizes for different applications, it’s safe and reliable with a fully enclosed chain box, hydraulic motors and a case drain.”
“Users can transform existing equipment and expand its capabilities. Within minutes an excavator or wheel loader can be converted into a crusher, mixer, screener or blender.”
Versatile and fit for NZ construction
The single attachment makes commercial sense, helping transform topsoil, excavator and waste soil, demo and construction waste, milled asphalt, coal, oil shale, limestone, plasterboard, aggregates, contaminated soil, clay, peat, bark, compost, bio-waste, cardboard and glass.
“Allu have the widest product range in the market with the DL series, the D series and the M series. With four drums and five blades available depending on the application – screening and crushing, stabilising, mixing or aerating,” says Clem.
“They have a self-cleaning, non-clogging structure working at high capacity with wet or dry materials.”
The transformer bucket can be ideal for pipeline padding, utilising original material excavated from the trench. This can mean less material transported, lowering fuel consumption and pollution.
Get cash from trash – transforming waste material
The Allu Transformer bucket enables recycling and utilisation of on-site materials.
“For efficient processing of coal, they screen, crush and load in a one-step operation,” says Clem. “They are ideal for crushing bark with no stones or iron. They sort contaminated soil with a single base machine.
