The Best Managed Companies programme evaluates privately run companies in New Zealand against global benchmarks for success, backed by a 31-year history and a proven framework.

TDX’s inclusion in the recognised group underscores the company’s commitment to excellence in management practices, innovation, and sustained growth.

According to the Best Managed Companies programme, successful companies such as TDX excel in four key categories, which include strategy, culture and commitment, capabilities and innovation, as well as governance and financials.

“During this time of economic uncertainty, it’s fantastic to see businesses not only focusing on their financials but also taking a close look at their management practices, culture, and overall strategies to ensure they are equipped to weather whatever is thrown their way,” says Jamie Hall, Deloitte partner and Best Managed Companies lead.

“This year’s winners share similar attributes in their approach to strong governance, a focus on culture and clear strategies, which they have integrated and executed across their businesses.”

Colm Hamrogue, CEO of TDX adds, “I’d like to thank Deloitte for recognising TDX Ltd as a Best Managed Company. The award is a testament to the dedication and support of the entire TDX team, including our customers, partners, suppliers, shareholders, board, and, of course, the local TDX team.

“By no means does this award say that we always get it right or that we’re perfect. We’re continually trying to make our company a great place for our people so that we can provide good support, service, and products to our customers while being the partner of choice for the brands we represent.”
