New COO for Porter Group

The Porter Group board of directors and executive management team recently appointed Darren Ralph as Porter Group chief operating officer

Now in his 15^th year with the Porter Group, Darren has worked his way up through the ranks of senior management through various roles in sales, marketing, and aftersales service, assuming more responsibility in New Zealand and Australia over time. Prior to his tenure with the Porter Group, Darren had an extensive history in the construction equipment industry in the fields of design engineering and marketing management.

In his capacity as CEO, Darren will oversee all group trading operations in the Oceania region, including rental, sales, transport, and aftersales service. This encompasses the group divisions Porter Hire, Porter Parts, Porter Equipment, Porter Mechanical, Porter Haulage, Porter Access Hire, and Porter Cranes in New Zealand and Australia.

"We would like to wish Darren all the best with his new appointment and he will no doubt be in touch with the management and team members from each division as soon reasonably possible," said Porter Group in a statement released.
