Wheels at Wanaka organisers say they are working to make the 2021 Terra Cat Mega Earthmoving Only Day bigger and better than 2019

While many in the construction industry in New Zealand spent this year’s Easter weekend in their bubble, next year’s promises a day out checking out the newest, shiniest Cat machines in town.

Wheels at Wanaka organisers say they are working to make the 2021 Terra Cat Mega Earthmoving Only Day bigger and better than 2019. The organisers have joined forces with Terra Cat, Paul Clarke Machine Hire, Maungatua Contracting, Central Machine Hire, and a team of many more, to display not only vintage and classics but also top-spec’d Cat machines.

"We’re so happy to launch the Terra Cat Mega Earthmoving Only Day, to be held in our new, purpose-built earthmoving pit. Not only will you have Easter Saturday and Sunday to check out our vast collection of wheels in motion, but you’ll also have all day Good Friday to fill your boots with black smoke, dust, and dirt," the organisers say.

Tickets for the Terra Cat Mega Earthmoving Only Good Friday will be available online or at the gate for $10 per adult and $5 per youth. Children under 12 go free.
