Isuzu NZ general manager to move to AdvanceQuip
Colin Muir, current Isuzu NZ general manager, has been appointed as AdvanceQuip general manager, effective from 6 May 2019
Steve McLean, managing director of AdvanceQuip, has confirmed the appointment of Colin Muir as the general manager.
Colin resigned from his current Isuzu NZ position after a 10-year stint with the company, where he steered the brand through one of its most successful periods.
"To join a company like AdvanceQuip is a rare opportunity," says Colin. "I am excited at the chance to lead an already strong business, which has major growth aspirations beyond its current market position."
Steve explains that the general manager’s position in AdvanceQuip has been specifically created as a direct response to the sustained growth trajectory and the huge potential of AdvanceQuip’s core brands CASE, ASV, and IVECO Astra.
Before Isuzu, Colin spent 10 years with Caterpillar, both in the UK and New Zealand, and is familiar with the industries that AdvanceQuip operates in.
