TDX Ltd has announced the resignation of CEO Colm Hamrogue after three years at the helm
Citing personal reasons, Colm has decided to return to his home country of Ireland with his wife and young daughter.
TDX Board Chair, Greg Campbell, expressed his heartfelt thanks to Colm on behalf of the board, shareholders, suppliers, partners, staff, and other stakeholders for his significant contribution over the past three years.
During his tenure, Colm led the company through an eventful and uncertain period, demonstrating strong leadership and guiding the team through various challenges. Key accomplishments under his leadership include TDX maintaining its market leadership position within the heavy equipment industry, launch of TDX’s sister company, LDX, securing the distributorship for Linde Material Handling Equipment in New Zealand, TDX achieving Toitu CarbonReduce Certification, being named Volvo International Dealer of the Year, and being recognised as a NZ Best Managed Company in 2023.
“While we are disappointed to see him go, the Board understands and respects Colm’s desire to reunite with family and friends in Ireland,” TDX says.
“He will be deeply missed by the entire TDX family, and we wish him all the very best in his future endeavours.”
The Board, along with Colm, is working through the details of his departure and the transition plan.
“We will keep all stakeholders informed as we move toward appointing a new permanent CEO.
