Autosmart New Zealand has opened a new distribution site in Hamilton to support customers across the greater Waikato region
The site will be operated by Darren Craig, who has worked in the automotive and truck parts sector for several years. In his new role, Darren will supply workshops, vehicle detailers, valets, dealerships and transport operators throughout the region. He will manage product distribution and provide on-site support to customers.
Autosmart New Zealand franchise general manager Chace Karpenko says the Hamilton site was established in response to growth in the Waikato area. He noted that having a local base would allow the company to provide more timely deliveries and direct contact with customers.
Autosmart New Zealand is a locally owned franchise network supplying vehicle, workshop and marine cleaning and maintenance products nationwide. The business operates as part of the wider Autosmart group.
Autosmart International was founded in the United Kingdom in 1979 and distributes cleaning and maintenance products through a global franchise model. The brand expanded into Australia in 1996, where Autosmart Australia has since grown to become a major trade supplier in that market.
The Hamilton distribution site represents the latest addition to Autosmart New Zealand’s national network.
