Rotorua-based Active VMA provides engineering solutions for vehicles, machinery, and attachments
Active VMA takes generic OEM vehicles and machinery and re-engineers them to be fit for New Zealand purpose in forestry, roading, transport, and agriculture industries. The compnay is the New Zealand distributors for FAE, SIMEX, and M3 attachments.
FAE attachments are designed and manufactured in northern Italy, and they manufacture shredding, soil technology, and construction machines for forestry, building, and agriculture industries.
FAE manufactures hydraulic/PTO driven forestry mulchers/stump cutters to suit excavator/skid steer and agricultural tractors, and they are also known for their range of PTO/hydraulic-driven stone crusher/soil stabiliser. In the past 10 years, Active VMA has supplied and serviced a large number of FAE attachments all over New Zealand.
Active VMA also distributes SIMEX and M3 attachments from Italy. Simex manufactures attachments for skid steer and excavator such as self-levelling planers—that can be fitted to either skid steer or small wheel loader—and excavator/skid steer crusher buckets along with excavator double drum rotary cutters. M3 manufactures grader blades and road sweepers for skid steer loaders.
