More grunt for compact excavator

in News. 26 May 2010. 0 views.

Based on its successful TB016, the new Takeuchi TB219 full hydraulic compact excavator is being released by Semco at Civenex 2010 in Sydney next month

With 365kg more weight than its predecessor, the TB219 produces 3.0kW more power and an additional 21% hydraulic flow.

Other enhancements include greater reach and longer stick for added dig depth as well as greater lifting capacity.

The TB219’s higher performance is matched by an ability to access the same 980mm width sites as the previous model, plus the ability to spread a further 30mm stance for added stability.

A heavier counterweight is contained within the slim design, and a heavy version dozer blade has the ability to widen to 1370mm. Time saving quick-fit pins mean no tools are required for extensions.

The standard machine configuration comes with a craning valve and an OROPS canopy and fully equipped with a set of three buckets, mud bucket and half-hitch.

A cabin version, complete with a radio and iPod jack, will also be available on indent only basis.
