The Ed had been waiting a while to get into the seat of a Case excavator. See how he did in this video.
This was the second chance I had to climb aboard a Case machine in the last few months. The previous foray was a wheel loader and I came away from that suitably impressed with the experience. My hopes were high that the excavator was going to deliver to the same high standard.
The Case CX145C SR is an ideal machine for tight urban work, having a near zero swing and a dozer blade. There have been numerous sites I’ve worked on in the past where an excavator such as this would have made life so much easier.
